Junior System Administrator
What you will be dealing with:
-
Monitor price feed, quality of liquidity, system operation status during trading hours;
-
Record, reconcile, and audit orders and positions to maintain, update and rectify internal logs;
-
Constantly liaise with front -/ back – office to config, update, or modify the system;
-
Constantly liaise with clients, other service providers, and all other stakeholders for operation plan, system solution proposal, and scenario analysis and risk mitigation plan, if needed;
-
Engage in communication with investors, traders, account holders, and all other stakeholders regarding the trading activity, order book, equity, and balances, etc.;
-
Record, investigate, report, and advise on any inquiry, error, complaint or dispute on behalf of clients;
-
Data process, analysis, and series of reports’ preparation, both regular and ad-hoc;
What you need to have in order to contribute:
-
Preferred previous experience working in the industry – Retail / Wholesale DMA/CFD/other financial derivative brokers, or Sales and Trading services;
-
MUST: Excel/VBA, MS Office Package; Math and Statistics;

MERITS: i. Trading Experience; ii. Brokerage, Platform, and Market Maker related system admin and operation;; iii. MySql, Python, R, and other database languages;
-
High level of communication skills, English, Mandarin, Cantonese;
-
Keen and eager to learn about trading, market and enterprise risk analysis, as well as technology development, information system and agile development associated with the demand of its clients.

Junior Software Engineer - Front End
What you will be dealing with:
· Financial Market Data including but not limited to Financial Instrument Price Data, Macro/Micro-econ Data, Market Depth/Order Book, etc.;
· Algorithms and Models including but not limited to Pricing, Valuation, Smart Routing, VaR, Probability, ML/DL/AI, etc.;
· Front-end for Data Visualization: Web-based SaaS development, UI/Bootstrap/Cache, ELK/Splunk/Kibana, Database/Middleware/APIs, etc.;
What you need to have in order to contribute:
· Extensive background in web markup including HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript;
· Experience in Vue (Antd UI Components is a Bonus)
· Experience in Git version control

Senior Quantitative Analyst
What you will be dealing with:

Establishing, executing and improving in-house training, continued studying and educating materials, systems and program contents; and
-
Preparing both in-house and external quantitative analysis reports, research papers.

Overseeing, mentoring and recording quantitative research teams operation and team member’s performance;
Reporting regularly to Managing Director on the achievements, problems and progress within the team
What you need to have in order to contribute:
· 1 – 3 Years of direct working experience and/or 1 – 5 years of trading experience in financial derivatives
Competence and Skills:
· Quantitative: theories, tests and methodologies in Match, Statistics and Actuarial studies; and/or
· Finance and Trading: Financial Markets, Products, Derivatives and Portfolio, and Strategies; and/or
Coding: Matlab, VB, R, Python (Padas, anaconda, numpy, vn.py etc.), C/C#/C++, Java, Perl, SQL/MySQL

Junior Risk Analyst (Operations)
What you will be dealing with:
-
Creating and maintaining models by leveraging skills in accounting, finance, and economics
-
Responding to requests for data and information from internal and external clients
-
Identifying, monitoring, and analyzing macroeconomics factors, pricing momentums of equity, FICC and other financial derivatives
What you need to have in order to contribute:
-
Degree in Economics/Econometric, Finance/Commerce, Business or equivalent with strong statistical analysis capability is desirable.
-
Experience as a market analyst/economist/customer analyst.
-
Experience in primary and secondary research (qualitative /quantitative); utilising and triangulating data from various sources – particularly related to industry and customer trends.
-
Ability to manipulate large data sets and analyse them in the context required to address business problems.
-
Experience with statistical analysis (including regression) and advanced coding language will be highly regarded.
